This program offers robust assignments and mentorship with a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across various HR functions, helping you build a versatile skill set, a strong network, and a holistic understanding of our dynamic business.

Our Recruitment & Selection Process

Recruiting for the HRLDP internship and development program happens annually from September - November.

Getting to Know You Shortly after your application, you will be invited for an initial screen to better help us evaluate your application and get to know you as both a candidate and as a potential member of our HR team

Assessment
Selected candidates will be asked to complete a 30-45 minute assessment, followed by 2 additional 30-minute interviews with 2 panel members. During this time, you will be able to connect directly with HR Leaders and ask questions

Selection
Final candidates will be asked to complete another short assessment and go through a final 30-minute interview
