Our Recruitment & Selection Process

2025 recruiting for the WEXpedition program is happening April - May

Getting to Know You Shortly after your application, you will be invited for an initial screen to help us better evaluate your application and get to know you as both a candidate and as a potential member of our team

Technical Assessment
Selected candidates will be asked to complete a coding test

Manager Interview
Selected candidates will be interviewed by the hiring manager to cover general Software Development Engineer topics
5
Technical Interviews
Final candidates will go through 4 technical interviews, to be conducted by level four or above Software Development Engineers. Each technical interview will cover a specific set of competencies, to be shared prior to the interview

Selection All interviewers will submit their feedback and the hiring team will debrief before extending offers to selected individuals
